Avail now the unique possibility of detection of objects by spectral response to feel the texture of the surface to discard the impurities.

The passing cotton if carries a white poly propylene impurity is undetected by the color modules .Sonic sensors differentiates the density of the impurity to remove the high density ones like the polypropylene and similar ones. The ones which can glitter can be removed by the reflection of the Ultraviolet Light in cameras.But still the
smaller opaque ones escapes.

Texturon is a specially designed unit to detect the finer pp impurities. All materials have a different texture and so by UV mapping the polypropylene impurities can be distinguished from that of the fibrous cotton.The special custom built VIRTOUCH software enables so.

FIRE DIVERSION SYSTEM

  • The Dust & Fire Extraction Machine is a Super Fast Automatic Diverter to trap and drive out the burnt materials from the pipe lines to a water tank very quickly using the extra suction fan. Detects small fires (even spark) in the ducts and divert the fired materials to a quenching tank.
  • Available for 220 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 500/ 600 / 800 mm Dia ducts.
  • The whole Blowroom and its connective section is tripped and the particular zone of fire flashes in the panel.

Technology and Concept

The Laser Beam Detector is designed to form A Cross matrix of laser beams which will travel in the pallet to pallet gap. A Laser transmitter will transmit the Laser light which will travel up to the receiver which will detect smoke crossing the laser beam. The algorithm will identify the smoke based on the duration and pattern of crossing_ The smoke crossing will disturb the laser beam intersection which will identify the location of fire_ Alarm of possible smoke will be generated In case of single beam cross and In case of dual cross. smoke alarm will be Initiated.

Spark detectors detect small sparks that travel in the conveying ducts of raw material/waste material and can be trapped, diverted or suppressed with water spray as per the requirement.
